Carrollton, TX real estate is about to receive an urban makeover on the 4th phase addition underway at the Union at Carrollton mixed-use project. LandDesign, an award winning urban design and planning company, will be integrating green space and walkable paths at Olympus on Broadway. Olympus On Broadway, a mixed-use walkable urban master planned village will feature 383 residential units in three buildings with retail space, business center, lounge, entertaining kitchen, fitness center, resort style pool, a dog park and other urban amenities.
Upon completion of the 4th phase, the project at 1415 S. Broadway will complete a part of the larger Union at Carrollton development that will contribute 1,046 residential units and close to 20,000 square feet…
