The dining at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is some of the finest in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Event

ChocolateFest will be in its' 11th year this year and will help raise support for the Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth charity. There are two main events as a part of ChocolateFest: An Evening of Chocolate and Wine and A Da of Chocolate and Art. Both events will be held at Austin Ranch in Grapevine, TX.

Evening of Chocolate and Wine - Friday, April 24th from 7pm to 10pm

The Allied Printing Building in Deep Ellum has been sitting vacant for years and now it has new owners with big plans. There have been different ideas thrown out but the one that stands out is the transformation into a restaurant, bar, and market for the area.

Robert Miller is one of the new owners and he is a local who grew up in the area. He has already renovated other locations around Deep Ellum successfully so everyone has high hopes for this one. Exposition Park is gearing up to for a wave of new openings in the area. Eight Bells Alehouse just opened but now Exposition Park is going to see the opening of a new restaurant-bar called Expo Bar & Grill and a well-known coffee roaster called Noble Coyote.

The real estate company Madison Partners behind the infusion says that the neighborhood was due for a renaissance and that the more businesses that come to the park will help add to its eclectic, mixed-use nature. Here is a look at the two new openings coming to Exposition Park.
