Tenison Village DallasA new community of homes is planned for a location close to Downtown Dallas. Developers recently purchased the acreage near I-30 and Samuell Boulevard with plans to develop it into a combination of townhomes and single-family homes.

According to recent reports, the homes of this development will likely be priced from the mid $200,000s for a townhome to around $400,000 for one of the larger single-family homes. The two builders on tap for the new community are Pulte and New Synergy Homes. 

The 26-acre community of Tenison Village has enough room to construct 128 residences and a planned amenity center. The developer plans to start the new year with demolition and cleanup of the exiting property.
