The Dallas City Council recently approved the groundbreaking new $1 billion mixed-use housing project by Megatel Homes which consists of a huge development West of Downtown Dallas including a lagoon, thousands of homes, retail, entertainment and more. These types of new housing developments are exactly what will solve the ongoing inventory issues around the DFW area and couldn't have come at a better time.
