More Mixed-Use Development on the Way For Suburban DFW

Despite home sales struggling in early 2019, development still seems to be going strong throughout much of DFW.
Most recently, another small mixed-use project has been announced for suburban Dallas, and this one appears to be in the works for Lewisville.
According to recent reports, Nack Development will be looking to add 17,000 square feet of restaurant and office space across three buildings at Kealy and Church streets, a site that currently sits vacant.
Developers feel Lewisville has plenty of new development potential but this particular project is designed to emulate early 20th century architecture in order to help preserve and maintain the town’s already-existing old-world charm.
