Located over in the trendy Bishop Arts District, the Fiji Townhomes development first caught our eye all the way back in September of 2016, around the time when the project first hit the MLS. Not long after, we also highlighted the project again in February when options and opportunities left to buy here were already limited.
Fast forward roughly 8 months and now phase ll of the development completely sold out while still under construction, with phase lll already being planned.

Good news for anybody who plans to be in the market for a new luxury apartment in Dallas early in 2018. According to reports, developers have finally topped out on the new Residences at Park District high-rise, which at 34 stories high is now Uptown’s tallest tower, and pre-leasing could begin as early as January.
