Improving your home doesn't always have to cost a fortune. If you plan to sell your home soon, it may not seem like a good idea to invest thousands in remodeling projects. However, there are a few projects you can do for less than $500 to increase the salability of your home.

Paint the Front Door

It may seem a bit silly, but the front door is part of the first impression of the home. The right color and a new coat of paint can make a huge difference.

Replacing the door may cost up to $1,000, but painting it will cost quite a bit less. You won't have to do much more than take the door off the hinges, paint it and hang it back up.

New Toilets

A new toilet can be a good selling point, especially if you currently have toilets form before

Being called Trinity Green, Stonelake has reportedly closed on a 25-acre industrial site over at 1000 Singleton Boulevard (at the intersection of Singleton and Sylvan), which is where the new Trinity Green community will be developed.
