Carrollton, TX continues to recognize the need for new mixed-use urban living space to meet the demand of a rapidly growing population and business sector. One of the latest developments announced includes a new mixed-use development across from the North Carrollton/Frankford Dart Rail Station along I35 at Broadway and Dickerson. Ratliff Group will manage the planned $300 million dollar development designed by Page Architects and construction is expected to begin later this year. The Carrollton transit-oriented development will feature a hotel, retail, office and a new apartment community.
