Pollo Tropical is a new restaurant that recently opened in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It is a Miami-based chain with a mix of fast food and casual dining. The restaurant has a Caribbean flare and offers chicken in a variety of different styles and flavors.

The Food

Some of their most popular menu items include the grilled citrus chicken platters, calypso beef, mojo roast pork, a build-your-own burrito dish and several tasty desserts. You will also find traditional items, such as fried yuca and plantains on the menu.

The chicken at Pollo Tropical is quite delicious. Of course, when you name a restaurant after chicken, you better back it up. It is so tender it will literally fall off the bone.

Event

This year will mark the 5th anniversary of the Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl. It will be played in Fair Park in one of the most historic stadiums in all of Texas: The Cotton Bowl Stadium.

Events

There are several events that will take place during the day. For example, starting at 9am you can check out the First Responders Fan Fest. It is a fun and free event for all who wish to attend.

It will be right outside stadium gate A and will consist of a full exhibition area. There will be pre-game performances as well as a host of other activities for the entire family to enjoy.

Frisco saw a new luxurious steakhouse open recently called Perry's Steakhouse Grill. This new restaurants is found at 2440 Parkwood Boulevard in Frisco. It offers plenty of space of dining with trendy decor and an intimate atmosphere. The restaurant is a great place for private dining and so much more. They have live jazz every night of the week except Sunday and plenty of room for business meetings. The restaurant provides a signature dish of Pork Chops with a homemade applesauce and plenty of great steak options. They also provide excellent salads, soups, seafood and plenty of desserts.

New Real Estate Development in DFW Coming in 2015 & 2016

There’s no doubt 2014 has been an exciting year when it comes to the Dallas real estate market, but as highlighted just a couple weeks ago, DFW home prices are on the rise, and 2015 looks to be even brighter.
