Downtown Dallas High-Rise Condos For SaleIn case you missed it, Bleu Ciel is arguably one of Dallas’ most exciting new real estate developments currently in the works, both on the residential and commercial side of things. As pointed out yesterday, this towering 33-story tower will be the city’s first high-rise condominium project since the end of the housing crash that started all the way back in 2008, perhaps creating an even bigger buzz around it than what we’d normally see for such a development.

But given ground was just broken on Bleu Ceil towards the end of last year, condo buyers won’t see delivery for these lavish and luxurious new Dallas condos until towards the end of 2016, leaving many who might be in the market right now to find other alternatives.

As you may know, the inventory for high-rise condos in Dallas is somewhat limited, especially when it comes to new construction. But in a city like downtown Dallas, where the real estate market is currently red hot and great deals can be found for just about any property type, you shouldn’t be too hard-pressed to find something that fits all your lifestyle needs and wants, regardless of whether it’s an upscale new condo, or moderately priced townhome, or a sprawling new estate home out in some of Dallas’ top suburban communities.

If you are searching for a luxurious new high-rise condo though, here’s a closer look at the 5 most expensive currently on the market that aren’t inside Bleu Ciel…

2555 N. Pearl Street 2200PH - $9 million

A lavish penthouse unit where clean and modern meets elegant and sophisticated, this 4-bed, 5.1 bath is Dallas' most expensive unit currently on the market.

3505 Turtle Creek #17a - $6.995 million

Upon entering, it's almost hard to remember you're even inside a condo given this unit's magnificent finishes that seem more fitting in a historic mansion than in a downtown condominium residence.

2900 Mckinnon Street #3001 - $4.9 million

Offering nearly 9,000 square feet of living space, this unit is Dallas' largest condo on the market in terms of space, which of course translates to lots and lots of desirabiity.

Dallas Condos For Sale

3505 Turtle Creek #14a - $4.25 millon

A custom designed unit by Bev Heil, one of Dallas' premier interior designers, it's easy to see why the ask for this splendid condo is among the most expensive in town.

1717 Arts Plaza #2303 - $3.5 million

One of our favorites currently on the market, this 2-bed, 2.1 bath in One Arts Plaza is chic, stylish, and offers all the bells and whistles for anyone looking for a little bit of flash inside their new living space.
