Arguably one of the most prominent new construction projects in Dallas' Uptown neighborhood began earlier this summer with the sale of an old Xerox office site. The more than 10-acre Xerox property at the northeast corner of North Central Expressway and Haskell Avenue just north of downtown will soon be home to a residential tower, luxury hotel, shopping, and restaurants plus two office towers, according to preliminary plans prepared by De La Vega Development.
