New Uptown Dallas Luxury High-Rise at 2811 Maple Tower

The new Uptown Dallas luxury high-rise apartment at 2811 Maple Tower received the green light by Developers and the 300,000 square foot building is planned to be completed by 2024. Crescent real estate has been working on the new high-rise apartments in Dallas, TX since 2018 which will be located between the landmark Stoneleigh Hotel and the Crescent on Maple Avenue near Cedar Springs Rd.
The new 30-story highrise at 2811 Maple Tower is planned to feature 200 highrise rental homes that will replace previous commercial building space. The new luxury highrise in Uptown Dallas will also feature a third-floor pool deck along with underground parking.
