McKinney, Frisco & DFW Rank Among Best U.S. Real Estate Markets 2026

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX claims four of the Top 10 real estate markets in the U.S., led by Frisco, McKinney, Denton and Allen.

The Dallas-Fort Worth, TX real estate market continues to demonstrate why North Texas remains one of the most closely watched housing regions in the country. A new 2026 national ranking places four Dallas-Fort Worth cities among the Top 10 Best U.S. Real Estate Markets, including the No. 1 and No. 2 positions nationwide.

According to WalletHub's 2026 Best Real Estate Markets study, as reported by CultureMap Dallas, Frisco ranks No. 1, McKinney ranks No. 2, Denton ranks No. 5 and Allen ranks No. 8 among 300 U.S. real estate markets evaluated for 2026.

Granite Park High Rise Office Tower & Hotel Planned for West Plano Real Estate Market

Businesses in search of office space with in the Plano real estate market will have more options to choose from starting next year.  Granite Properties, a Plano,Tx real estate firm,  will began construction on a $150 million office tower. It is expected to break ground in spring 2013.

This will be the fourth tower Granite will build in the Granite Park complex.  Once finished,  the Granite Park Four Tower will house 300,000-square-feet of office space.  The office tower will be in proximity to another Granite Properties' project expected to break ground in the area: The planned 300-room Hilton Granite Park conference hotel.
