Developer PegasusAblon, currently developing The Galleria Muse mixed-use apartments in Far North Dallas, is working on two new high-rise apartment towers in Oak Lawn. Ablon plans to build the new Oak Lawn high-rise apartments behind the central nightclub and restaurant strip at Cedar Springs and Throckmorton Street. The new high-rise apartments in Oak Lawn will be designed by GDA Architects and are expected to begin construction in 2022.
The two high-rise apartment towers in Oak Lawn will feature a 70-foot waterfall down the side of the high-rise tower with a total of 450 rental units.
