Trinity Mills Station Urban Village in Carrollton, TXThe City of Carrollton has been aggressively pursuing new urban mixed-use residential and commercial development and recently approved a new 125,000 square foot, six story Class A office structure to serve at the marquee building within the new Trinity Mills Station urban development.  Trinity Mills Station in Carrollton, TX will serve as the future transit center district and is expected to further transform Carrollton, TX from a traditional suburban community into a vibrant economic hub with new housing, shopping, dining, recreation and business opportunities.

Trinity Mills Station is expected to be similar to Legacy Town Center in Plano, TX with planned office buildings, a hotel, restaurants, retail residential housing and large gathering places for concerts and other outdoor activities and events.  Phase I will feature a six-story Class A office building with over 125,000 square feet with four story structured parking for over 500 spaces.  The new Carrollton urban project will also feature a five-story mixed-use residential development with parking, an esplanade, public infrastructure and public green space.  The vision of Trinity Mills Station is a live, work and play urban village that will strengthen Carrollton's transportation infrastructure and attract more businesses and families to the community.
