Developed by Hillwood Communities, Harvest is located at the northwest corner of I-35W and FM 407 in Northlake and Argyle, about 50 minutes from Downtown Dallas. Aside from all the fabulous homes from some of the area’s top homebuilders, Harvest also offers home buyers easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and employment centers in all of North Texas. In addition, Argyle and Northwest ISD Schools are some of the most highly-rated facilities in the state, making it the perfect place to live for young and growing families.

Harvest is also expected to include an array of fabulous amenities for residents to enjoy, including a 1.5 mile central park, resort style pools, additional walking trails and park spaces, community gardens and orchards, and even a historic farm house for home owners to hang out in and use for entertainment space.

So what can you expect from the homes themselves?

According to Hillwood Communities, Phase l will be dedicated to the community’s core product, higher-end homes built by only the best builders in the market. Highland Homes and MHI Plantation Homes already have a several spec homes available, which mostly offer between four and five bedrooms, and are priced between $325,000 and $450,000.
