Developed by Hillwood Communities, Harvest is located at the northwest corner of I-35W and FM 407 in Northlake and Argyle, about 50 minutes from Downtown Dallas. So what can you expect from the homes themselves?

According to Hillwood Communities, Phase l will be dedicated to the community’s core product, higher-end homes built by only the best builders in the market. Highland Homes and MHI Plantation Homes already have a several spec homes available, which mostly offer between four and five bedrooms, and are priced between $325,000 and $450,000.
