Although just a 20-30 minute drive from Dallas and widely considered to be an attractive option for suburban home buyers, Plano is actually the 9th largest city in Texas in terms of population and has 269,776 residents according to stats from the 2010 census. Units at the Haggard Place high-rise are expected to start in the high $800,000s, as floor plans will range from 1,420 to 4,800 square feet. Additional phases of the project are said to include another residential tower, retail space, and even a boutique hotel.
