New Granite Park High Rise Office Tower & Hilton Hotel in West Plano Real Estate MarketBusinesses in search of office space with in the Plano real estate market will have more options to choose from starting next year.  Granite Properties, a Plano,Tx real estate firm,  will began construction on a $150 million office tower. It is expected to break ground in spring 2013.

This will be the fourth tower Granite will build in the Granite Park complex.  Once finished,  the Granite Park Four Tower will house 300,000-square-feet of office space.  The office tower will be in proximity to another Granite Properties' project expected to break ground in the area: The planned 300-room Hilton Granite Park conference hotel.
