Modern New Construction in Durham, NC

If you like modern design and happen to live in Dallas, few home builders out there can match what you’ll get from Dallas-based Durham Builders—a company that only just started back in 2006. Back then, luxury new construction really wasn’t selling like it has been the past couple years, especially new homes that featured a style and design that, in many ways, revolves around an upscale look and feel.

Today, things are quite a bit different when it comes to the DFW real estate market and the demand for functional open layouts, contemporary finishes, and a chic exterior design has gone through the roof. For whatever reason, many of today’s home buyers just can’t get enough of that class mid-century modern style, and for our money, it really doesn’t get much better than the product Durham Builders routinely puts out in developments all of the Dallas area.

Around town, Miles Durham—the brilliant mind behind Durham Homes—is relatively well know in the new construction industry, and especially to those who love modern real estate. Their homes in Pine Tree Court and Covemeadow were nothing short of exceptional, and now, having just popped on the market, is yet another modern masterpiece that surely won't let home buyers down: Santa Barbara Homes.

With only seven lots available in the entire development, however, opportunities here aren't exactly plentiful. And given the high-quality craftsmanship and absoultely gorgeous design on both the inside and outside of Durham Builders homes, one wouldn't expect units here to sit very long.
