A small 16-unit row house project is in the works for an Oak Cliff location, not far from the new Bishop Arts Gateway rental development that’s also being built in the area. Â
According to developer Lakespur Development LP, construction has already started and first units should be delivered later this year if all goes according to plan.Â
Dubbed Row on Elsbeth, each row house here will stand three stories high and feature a classic and highly attractive brick exterior design. Along with plenty of living space, each unit at Row on Elsbeth will also include a private rooftop deck, which will feature awesome views of the city and surrounding neighborhood.Â
Lakespur is also in the process of developing a much larger townhouse community over in East Dallas, which will transform a empty stretch along Live Oak Avenue and Bennett Street into a vibrant new community that will feature 54 townhouses and over 30 rental units.Â
