Master-planned communities aren’t terribly common in the DFW region, but Viridian is arguably the most high-profile exception. Encompassing roughly 2,000 acres that include five large lakes, 500 acres of designated green space, and an additional 500 acres of rivers, streams, and wetlands within the community’s boundaries, Viridian is all about providing home buyers with much more than just attractive and desirable living spaces.

The other upside to homes for sale in Viridian is the residents and home owners will be positioned just minutes away from some of the best shopping, dining, and community amenities Arlington has to offer, which also includes access to one of the best school districts in all of North Texas.

When it comes to available housing in Viridian, both townhouses and single-family homes have a strong presence in Arlington’s Viridian community, providing potential buyers with a wide-range of options that range from functional and affordable to spacious and luxurious.

Approved townhouse builders in Viridian include CB JENI Lifestyle Homes and Grenadier Homes, and prices start from just the $240,000s and $250,000s. On the single-family home side of things, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Normandy Homes, Plantation Homes, K.  Hovnanian Homes, and CastleRock Communities are all building inside the Viridian master plan with most houses falling somewhere between the low $300,000s and the low $500,000s.

Custom single-family homes are also being built in Viridian, but look for these luxury estates to well-exceed $1 million in most instances.
