Spring is nearly here and that means it's time for DFW residents to enjoy all kinds of outdoor events. April and May are very popular months for events because of the great weather, the beginning of the baseball season and so much more happening throughout the Metroplex. Here are some of the top upcoming events.
Opening Day at Texas Rangers Ballpark - March 31st
The baseball season is back and it begins on the last day of March. The Texas Rangers are expected to fight for the division title again this year and will open their season against the Phillies this year. The game will be at 1:05pm, but you may want to arrive early and soak up some of the fun of Opening Day.
63rd Annual Bluebonnet Trail - All of April
The month of April will bring the Bluebonnet festival and trail to the Downtown Ennis area once again. The actual festival will be held on April 12th and 13th, but the Bluebonnet Trail will last all month. You can enjoy a country ride throughout the area with plenty of children’s activities, wildflowers, vintage cars and so much more.
Dallas International Film Festival - April 3rd to 13th
The Dallas International Film Festival will be back again ad will provide a look at over 150 films throughout the ten-day festival. A number of events will be held at all type of venues throughout the festival.
