The menu is American cuisine with bold flavors and the restaurant opened up in 2007.

Fearing's Restaurant has been named “Table of the Year’ by Esquire Magazine, as well as “Restaurant of the Year.” Dean Fearing is famous for his book “The Texas Food Bible” and has been featured in USA Today, The New York Times, and many more. He is being called the “Father of Southwestern Cuisine.”
The restaurant is comfortable yet lively, and the kitchen is on display to offer an interactive experience for those that want to sit facing the view. They have a Rattlesnake Bar in which you can grab a drink before dinner on their leather sofas.
The Rattlesnake bar offers great snacks like Buffalo Meatloaf Sliders and drink options like the El Diablo, Superior Martini, and Texas Spring Punch. When you arrive, try one of the tasty appetizers like the Texas Carpaccio, Barbequed Shrimp Taco, or Dean’s Tortilla Soup.
Entrées include bone-in rib eye grilled over live mesquite, South Texas NilGai Antelope, Maple/Black Peppercorn Soaked Buffalo Tenderloin, the Broiled Chatham Cod with Crispy Pork Belly, and many more. They offer a vegetarian menu as well. Finally for dessert try the Lemon Poppy Seed Blueberry Stack or the Chevre Cheesecake.
