Uptown Dallas Apartments

Uptown’s new apartment tower dubbed “Jordan” has officially opened its doors and is already more than 25% leased, according to a report from the Dallas Morning News. Standing 23 stories high and overlooking McKinney Avenue in the heart of one of Dallas’ hottest neighborhoods, the luxury 212-unit tower is quickly becoming the talk of the downtown apartment market.

With an average rent price of $3,125, apartments in Jordan range in size from 793 one-bedrooms to sprawling penthouse units with right around 2,700 square feet of total living space. For anybody already working in the Uptown or downtown neighborhoods, living in Jordan couldn’t get much more convenient and in some cases, presents the perfect walk-to-work location.

Lifestyle amenities were also something developers of Jordan paid close attention to when designing the building and residents here get to enjoy just some of the following common features: a 7th floor tenant lounge and fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool and recreation area, and an quaint ground level lobby lounge with a coffee bar and an outdoor patio with a fire pit.

StreetLights, the developer of Jordan, has already started construction for another 22-story apartment tower near Highland Park on McKinney Avenue that will feature 183 larger rentals units with slightly higher price points. And in Deep Ellum, they also have another 17-story building that will house 337 units once finished.
