New construction real estate around the DFW area has always been popular, but new construction townhomes specifically have been exceptionally hot as of late. For many new home buyers, owning a townhome is every bit as satisfying as owning a single-family home, and of course with that added little bonus of being maintenance free, it’s all the more better.
It seems that more often than not, home builders today are also incorporating all the high-end finishes one might expect to see in a single-family home, like high ceilings, gourmet kitchens and spa quality bathrooms, ultimately giving eventual owners more of that homey single-family-home-feel, only in a more convenient and easy-to-manage attached living space.
