SkyHouse Frisco StationFrisco’s highest-profile development is now one-step closer to becoming a reality as crews officially broke ground on the fabulous new SkyHouse at Frisco Station earlier this month.

A joint-collaboration between Novare Group and BCDC, Frisco’s newest luxury high-rise will stand 25 stories high and feature 332 residential units once finished, and also be part of the sprawling 242-acre Frisco Station community, which will collectively include a jaw-dropping 2,400 units in all.

Station House, another Frisco Station multi-family project, is already scheduled to be completed this summer, which will deliver 301 more units to one of the fastest growing suburbs in all of DFW.

As the first high-rise started north of State Highway 121, SkyHouse Frisco Station will have studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, and amenities at the building are expected to include a top floor resort-style swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplaces, and also a resident lounge as well. There will also be a fitness center, a business center, and even a dog spa for pet owners.

Although an exact completion date is still yet-to-be-determined, SkyHouse Frisco Station should be all wrapped up sometime in 2019.
