As we continue to get deeper and deeper into 2018, new development throughout suburban DFW hasn’t slowed down bit.
The latest high-profile project to come through the pipeline is a new 2,600 home community in Aubrey, just north of Lewisville Lake. Called Sandbrock Ranch, the new Highland Homes community will encompasses 800 acres when finished, and will also be partially situated on a 2,400 acre ranch that the home builders’ own.
When interviewed by the Dallas Morning News, Highland Homes owners mentioned the new community offer a great location that’s both peaceful and provides easy access to the rest of the DFW area, especially as development continues to move north.
Sandbrock Ranch will also feature a community clubhouse with a swimming pool, splash park, and fitness area, as well as two community lakes, bike paths, an events lawn, recreational fields, and even an outdoor amphitheater.
Pricing for Sandbrock Ranch homes is also projected start somewhere around $250,000.
