There are approximately 1,800 homes that were primarily constructed in 1996. The typical lot size is between .15 to .65 acre.

Castle Hills is a beautiful place to live, and offers homes in the price range of $228,000 to $1,600,000. The average home size is 3,800 square feet. Most homes are landscaped and have mature foliage.

That is a total of 63 schools, and more than 52,000 students attend in this school district.

The community is family oriented, and provides a friendly atmosphere. It is centrally located, which means you can access the surrounding areas with ease. San Antonio is just  few minutes down the road, which provides residence with more entertainment, dining, shopping, and necessity options. If you are a frequent traveler, then you are in luck. The San Antonio International Airport is only 5 minutes away from Castle Hills. Castle Hills is an ideal place to live, work and raise a family.
