Dallas’ West End neighborhood is undergoing quite the transformation and more changes appear to be on the way sooner rather than later. Once a thriving industrial district dating back to the early 20th century, today’s West End is famous for its trendy loft conversions and thriving shopping, dining, and entertainment scene, which continues to grow each and every month it seems.
Recently, Sam’s Club announced it will be adding a new technology center to the Factory Six03 building, which was redeveloped into state-of-the-art office space by Granite Properties for a cool $77 million not all that long ago.
Other local companies and corporations have also made the move to West End recently, and more appear to be on the way as construction for another new office building just topped out, according to a recent report from the Dallas Morning News.
With no signs of slowing down, one has to wonder how quickly condos and apartments will soon follow all the commercial and office space development sweeping over one of the hottest neighborhoods in town.
