Houston-based Hines Development is bringing 300 new homes to a North Dallas building site just south of Interstate 635, according to a new report out from the Dallas Morning News. Situated just blocks from Presbyterian Hospital along Meadow Road, the upscale 300-home community will occupy 23 acres and feature homes from prominent builders like K. Hovnanian Homes, Coventry Homes, and Chesmar Homes.
Being called Merion at Midtown Park, the layout of the community is high-density, but it’ll also include a wide range of lifestyle features and amenities like a central park with a swimming pool and nearly a dozen other little parks and open green spaces that will certainly help give the area more of a neighborhood look and feel.
Early indications have homes for sale at Merion at Midtown Park will average around 2,200 square feet and start close to $450,000. Also noted by the Dallas Morning News, the first phase of Merion at Midtown Park will include 100 homes, and half of what’s already been built is already sold or under contract.
