A towering new 29-story apartment building has officially broken ground in Plano, which will add 328 more rental units to the market once completed in the spring of 2019.
Being developed by NE Development, the new project, being called LVL29, boast a sleek glass exterior and will offer interiors that are designed by the renowned Henderson Design Studio. Apartments for rent at LVL29 will also offer between 600 and 3,800 square feet of total living space, and a fabulous assortment of lifestyle amenities, which include a 24-hour fitness center, a yoga studio, a sprawling swimming pool and sundeck, 24-hour concierge, a grand cabana with a fire pit, a bar and lounge veranda, and a seven storage parking garage on-site.
What will no doubt be one of Plano’s most iconic towers once finished, leasing for the stunning new LVL29 is expected to being in December of next year. But until then, keep current with the building and construction updates by following the development Facebook page.
