CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN ON LAST PHASE LAKESIDE VILLAGE
Developers secured $41 million in financing to move forward with the last phase of Lakeside Village in Flower Mound, TX. The 40-acre Lakeside Village development will include shops, restaurants, offices and residences on Grapevine Lake and will be the final phase of the 165-acre lakeside DFW development on Long Prairie Rd. on the northeast shore of Grapevine Lake. Construction is set to begin in early 2020 and will include an amphitheater, bluff trails, six restaurants, wedding chapel, new streets, underground parking garage, sidewalks, landscaping and other public amenities.
The $41 million project with lay the groundwork for one of the most intriguing suburban mixed-use communities in the United States according to one of the builders Peter B. Stewart.
