The Dallas Morning News just recently featured an update on one of Dallas’ most highly-anticipated condo towers that’s being built on the north side of the rapidly developing Harwood District—Bleu Ciel. 

Being built by Harwood International, Bleu Ciel is just one of numerous new projects being built in the area, but is perhaps considered one of the more high-profile developments in the Hardwood District. 

 With construction expected to wrap up sometime this summer, Blue Ciel will add 150 luxury condos to the local housing landscape, which will offer between 1,373 and just over 5,800 square feet of living space. 

Condos for sale at Bleu Ciel don’t come cheap, however, with units originally starting at over $800,000, and the lowest priced unit currently on the market listed at $990,000. But with that premium price tag also comes ultra-lavish finishes and features throughout each unit, as well as a full compliment of luxury lifestyle amenities that include a beach-style lounge pool, a sundeck with cabanas and outdoor grilling stations, private garage parking, valet parking and concierge services, private wine storage, and a private dog park.
