Four Top Master-Planned Communities in Frisco

Prestonwood Hills

Located in the west Plano area, this neighborhood of 725 homes has wonderful amenities. The Hills Club of Prestonwood Country Club is located here, as well as a neighborhood pond and lake, jogging and bike paths, a neighborhood park and a children’s playground. The Prestonwood Country Club includes golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, and dining.

Schools in this area include Lewisville ISD Schools such as:

  • Hick Elementary
  • Arbor Creek Middle School
  • Hebron High School

There is also the Plano ISD Schools including:

  • Barksdale Elementary
  • Renner Middle School
  • Shepton High School
  • Plano West Senior High School

The Starwood neighborhood is in southwest Frisco and is one of the top luxury communities in Frisco. The neighborhood will have about 850 homes upon completion. Homes start at $360,000 and go as high as $2,650,000.

  • Frisco High School

People are attracted to this neighborhood for the gated community entrance, neighborhood park, community club house and swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, jogging paths, and playground.

Lakes on Legacy Drive

Another southwest Frisco luxury neighborhood, Lakes on Legacy Drive is a popular neighborhood. Homes range from $206,000 and $827,000. The neighborhood is popular for its community club house, gated neighborhood access, children’s playground, private fishing lake, tennis, park, and jogging paths.

Southwest Frisco is also home to Stonebriar, a luxury neighborhood expected to have 1,200 homes when completed. The Frisco and Lewisville school districts are in this area.

Homes in Stonebriar start at $310,000 and go as high as $2,635,000.

There are many jogging paths, neighborhood parks, gated entrances, and even an equestrian facility here.

These communities in Frisco are not yet completed and are already popular choices for those relocating.
