As of early February, over 20% of One Uptown’s 198 luxury apartments have already been leased, and that number has likely gone up significantly as the busy spring season fast approaches.
The smallest apartments at One Uptown offer 540 square feet of total living space and start around $1,650 per month. The largest unit inside the building, a 1,980 square foot penthouse, is priced at just under $10,000 per month, so it’s clearly a building that has something for just about anyone out there looking for a sleek new rental in one of Dallas’ hottest neighborhoods.
