With so much new construction news popping up all over the DFW metro area, you might’ve missed that 5300 Glencoe Park is now officially pre-selling! Being developed by Austin-based home builder PSW Real Estate, 5300 Glencoe Park will be conveniently situated at the corner of Ellsworth Avenue and Anita Street, directly across the street from the 14-acre Glencoe Park.
Once finished, the first phase of the new PSW community will feature 68 single-family homes that will consist of three different floor plans, with future phases perhaps offering additional variety. Living spaces in phase one will range from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, providing eventual residents with between three and four bedrooms and two and three bathrooms.
For home buyers unfamiliar with the home builder, PFW is specifically known for its sustainable urban projects, and 5300 Glencoe Park will be no different. Plenty of energy-efficient features like solar panels and spray foam insulation will be incorporated, but the list certainly won’t stop there.
As alluded to above, the location of 5300 Glencoe Park is also desirable, giving home owners a close proximity to Mockingbird Staton and the Katy Trail Extension. Prices are reportedly starting somewhere close to the mid-$500s, and first move-ins are also scheduled for sometime towards the end of the year.
