National home builder Del Webb is preparing to bring its third active adult community to the DFW area, and according to reports, it’s going to be a big one.
As part of the 2,000 acre Trinity Falls master plan, Del Webb’s newest active adult community will encompass roughly 127 acres and eventually include a whopping 537 homes.
Future home owners will also enjoy a sprawling, 12-acre amenity area that will only be available to age-restricted single-family residents, and that will include a 10,000 square foot clubhouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool with lap lanes, lounging areas, a jacuzzi hot tub, and pickleball and bocce ball courts.
Demand for active adult housing is growing, especially in the Dallas area, where plenty of younger baby boomers are aging and looking to downsize from their current home.
According to a report from Bisnow, a temporary on-site information center should be launched before the end of the year.
