Reports have surfaced about Darling Homes adding 133 home sites over at one of the more desirable housing communities you'll find in The Colony—The Tribute Lakeside Golf and Resort. 

With demand high and inventory low all over DFW, the timing couldn’t be better, especially with new construction also being extraordinarily hot right now throughout many North Texas suburbs. 

According to the release, price points for the new home sites with a build-out are divided into three categories: 60-foot position with a 2,800-4,000 square foot home will be priced in the mid to high $500,000 range; 55 foot patio position with a 2,300-3,100 square foot home will be priced around the mid $400,000s; and a 40 foot position with 2,500-2,800 square foot home will also be priced around the mid $400,000s. 

Also noted by the Dallas Business Journal, new models for the 60 foot and 55 foot patio position should be open in March, and first occupancy for new homes at The Tribute should be scheduled for sometime in the third quarter. And as for the new homes themselves, the styles for each should feature a nice mix of French, Tudor, and Mediterranean concepts, offering something for just about every new home buyer out there.
