The apartment market in Dallas is booming right now and one particular building that’s getting plenty of attention from prospective renters is the recently-converted Corrigan Tower.
Located at Pacific Avenue and St. Paul Street, this former 18-story office tower now features 150 spectacular apartment residences, along with ground-level retail space and a rooftop swimming pool and sundeck that offers sweeping views of the downtown Dallas landscape.
According to a recent piece in the Dallas Morning News, the redevelopment cost of Corrigan Tower and the old Tower Petroleum building next door exceeds $100 million, but that includes a total overhaul from the basement all the way up to the rooftop deck.
Rental prices at Corrigan Tower are competitive, starting at around $1,110 for the smallest studio floor plan and reaching as much as $2,500 for the largest two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with over 1,400 square feet.
And if you’re someone who already works downtown, there’s hardly a more convenient place to call home, especially when it comes to apartment living.
