Just about every segment of the Dallas area real estate market is trending upward, from rentals and condos to sprawling single-family homes in many of DFW’s most desirable suburbs. In downtown Dallas specifically, things aren’t much different even despite inventory being somewhat limited.

When looking around at what’s currently available in the downtown area, the inventory over at the 1999 McKinney Lofts specifically grabbed our attention, and for good reason. Currently, two of the city’s coolest loft units for sale, at least in our opinion, happen to be located at 1999 McKinney, and three other units in the building are also up for rent, which of course are perfect for anybody not looking to buy right now but still want a sleek and stylish place to call home in the meantime.

Of the two lofts for sale, the most expensive is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with 2,538 square feet of living space, while the other is slightly smaller but still offers 2,387 square feet. Taking square footage out of the equation, layouts and the general style and design of each loft for sale or rent at 1999 McKinney is actually pretty similar. Floor plans are open and spacious, ceiling heights are around 20 feet, and on the second level, which overlooks the main living area below, is where you’ll find the incredible master suite which includes a huge walk-in closet and a bathroom that’s basically spa quality.

As one of the more luxurious and more sought after loft buildings in Dallas, don’t expect units here to be cheap. But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and here at 1999 McKinney, most would say it’s worth every penny!
