Aura Cedar Apartments For Rent, Oak Lawn

Dallas’ booming apartment market continues to make headlines, and most recently, plans for an impressive new 387-unit Class A rental community were announced for the Oak Lawn neighborhood. Being developed by Trinsic Residential Group, Aura Cedar apartments will be conveniently located at Cedar Springs Road and the Dallas North Tollway, and just blocks from Aura Wycliff apartments—another apartment community by the same Dallas-based developer.

Renderings for the new Aura Cedar project have also been released, and at first glance, the new 4-story, urban-style rentals look to fit in perfectly with this rapidly developing part of town.

The entire project will be set of 6.1 acres, and the building’s frame will wrap around a structured parking garage that will be used strictly for resident parking. Additional parking will also be available in a tuck-under garage, and inside each apartment, high-end interior finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stylish wood flooring will be installed in order to feature a hip, luxurious lifestyle that most Millennials are opting for right now instead of buying.

Amenities at the new Aura Cedar complex will mimic a five-star vacation retreat and include two resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art 2-story fitness center with a full-sized spin room, and a centralized courtyard garden that features outdoor grills and fire pits. A resident clubroom will also be on-site that includes a serving kitchen, a spacious roof top lounge, and an executive business and conference center that’s perfect for those who work from home.

Although no official delivery date has been announced, Aura Cedar should be finished by next spring and pre-leasing has already begun.
