There are a number of master planned communities in the Colleyville area. The homes in these communities range in size, design, and price, depending on which master planned community you’re considering, but each of the communities has a variety of amenities that benefit the entire neighborhood and are factored into the sale price of the homes.
This master planned community is located in the northwest area of Colleyville. There are about 180 homes in the community that were all constructed between the years 1999 and 2005. Most of the homes in Remington Park have a square footage between 3,600 and 5,200, so the homes are quite large. The homes usually sell for anywhere between $500,000 and $700,000. Neighborhood amenities include a community swimming pool and clubhouse, a park, tennis courts, lake or pond, jogging and bike path, greenbelt, playground, and a homeowners’ association.
There are two master planned communities in the northeastern part of Colleyville. Longwood Estates is the name of one of them and there are 110 homes in this community. Ross Downs Estates is the other community and there are close to 320 homes here. The homes in both communities were built between the years 1991 and 1999.
The Longwood Estates homes have a square footage of between 3,400 and 3,900 with sale prices that fall in the range of $363,000 to $475,000. The homes in Ross Downs Estates are between 2,600 and 4,300 square feet, with sale prices between $311,000 and $541,000. Neighborhood amenities for these communities include a park, playground, jogging and bike path, fishing lake, greenbelt, and a homeowners’ association.
These luxury homes are located in the south central portion of Southlake. There are roughly 1,400 homes built between 1992 and 2003. The homes here have square footages between 2,200 and 7,600 with sales prices that fall within a wide range, between $400,000 and $1,375,000. Neighborhood amenities include a country club, club house, swimming pools, fitness center, parks, tennis courts, greenbelts, a large lake, playgrounds, jogging and bike paths, and a homeowners’ association.
If you’re considering buying a home in one of these master planned communities, you are going to have a difficult choice deciding which community to live in as they are all filled with beautiful homes and they each have a lot of amenities that not a lot of other communities have.
