Exposition Park is gearing up to for a wave of new openings in the area. Eight Bells Alehouse just opened but now Exposition Park is going to see the opening of a new restaurant-bar called Expo Bar & Grill and a well-known coffee roaster called Noble Coyote.
The real estate company Madison Partners behind the infusion says that the neighborhood was due for a renaissance and that the more businesses that come to the park will help add to its eclectic, mixed-use nature. Here is a look at the two new openings coming to Exposition Park.
The Noble Coyote is a well-known coffee shop set to open in the park. It will help add to the transformative boost the area needs. This shop is an East Dallas small-batch artisanal coffee bean roaster that is going to set up shop at 819 Exposition Avenue. The new leased spot will be a spot for coffee roasting, retail sales and coffee tastings.
The beans of Noble Coyote are currently sold at local specialty food retailers, Café Momentum and White Rock Local Market. You’ll also taste their beans in foods produced by Lakewood Brewing Company, PopStar Popsicles, Slow Bone, Dude Sweet Chocolate and Carnival Bark’s Ice Cream.
Expo Bar & Grill
Everyone is really excited about the Expo Bar & Grill set to open at 3611 Parry Avenue. It was created by former owners of Lakewood Theater and Arcade Bar. The Parry Ave space is the place of the old Meridian Room but renovations are taking place.
The restaurant’s goal is to create a new, updated space for neighborhood folks to enjoy while maintain the nostalgia of the old building. Enjoy comfort food here, local craft beers and a comfortable, neighborhood saloon feel.
In addition to these two new openings, the Burlesque troupe Ruby Revue just opened an office and class space in Exposition. Visit Exposition Park extending from Exposition Circle to the entrance of Fair Park.
