Hi Charlotte, this is not our property and this article was written in Oct. 2014 when property was still in new construction pricing phase...I imagine now $255,990 might be the lowest entry point, but I would look up subdivision in MLS to confirm all units currently for sale, under option and pending...hope this helps!
