New Real Estate Development in DFW Coming in 2015 & 2016

There’s no doubt 2014 has been an exciting year when it comes to the Dallas real estate market, but as highlighted just a couple weeks ago, DFW home prices are on the rise, and 2015 looks to be even brighter.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve featured a number of new developments that are still in the early planning stages, currently under construction, or perhaps even nearing completion. All the way back in April we learned about One Dallas, an architectural gem that will be adding 200 more luxury apartments to the Uptown neighborhood, while just last week, more details emerged about the recently completed Residences of Stoneleigh—Dallas’ first $250 million luxury condo tower.

With so much new construction happening all over Dallas and its surrounding suburbs, it’s certainly hard to keep track of what’s coming through the pipeline in terms of residential development. But if you’re thinking you might soon be in the market for a new home or condo somewhere in the DFW region, or maybe even a new office space, and new construction is your first preference, here’s what you can expect to be delivered sometime in 2015 or 2016:

McKinney & Olive | Uptown Dallas

Expected Delivery: Summer 2016

$200 million project; most expensive Uptown project to-date

Bleu Ciel | Uptown Dallas

Expected delivery: Late 2016 (Maybe Early 2017)
33 story condo tower
More than 150 residences ranging from 1,700 to 7,000 square feet

Akard Place | Uptown Dallas

Expected Delivery: Late 2016
