With national home builder Taylor Morrison rapidly expanding in DFW, two more residential communities will soon be on the way: Somerset Park and Sweetwater at Light Farms.
Somerset Park is being planned for West Frisco and will feature 68 homes that all sit on oversized lots that should provide plenty of private backyard space. Six individual floor plans will be available, which all include an open-concept layout, lots of storage and natural light, and a three or four car garage. Pre-sales at Somerset Park should begin later this month.
Sweetwater and Light Farms will be a smaller residential community, boasting just 13 single-family residences. Each home will feature a single-story or ranch-style floor plan, as well as a lakefront location in highly-desirable Celina, Texas.
Sweetwater is of course part of the sprawling Light Farms master planned community, but homes here will offer a luxury living experience unlike anything else in the surrounding area. A social clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, and sport courts will be available to residents of Sweetwater at Light Farms, and they’ll also have east access to miles of trails that can be used for hiking, biking, and jogging. Look for pre-sales at Sweetwater to start sometime in October.
