Many of us got our first look at the luxury new condo tower coming to 2505 Turtle Creek Boulevard all the way back in mid 2014. Being developed by Toronto-based Great Gulf Homes and dubbed Ltd. Edition 2505, it’s hard to argue against the appeal and desirability of this ultra luxurious new condo tower, and when you factor in Dallas’ need for new construction condos right now, there’s almost no doubt Ltd. Edition 2505 will be a huge success for both its developers and those who will be lucky enough to one day call it home.
So what can we expect from Ltd. Edition 2505? Well, although the building isn’t slated to begin construction until 2016, here’s a general idea of what it might entail:

When finished, Ltd. Edition 2505 will stand 22 stories high and house between 80 and 90 incredible condominium residences, according to recent reports. The smallest floor plans inside the building offer 1,557 square feet of living space, while the largest two bedroom floor plans includes 2,674 square feet.

Like most luxury condo towers, the amenities at Ltd. Edition 2505 will be exquisite and include a fully equipped fitness center, a residents’ lounge with a wet bar and billiards table, valet parking, a lap pool and hot tub, and an on-site lifestyle director with executive concierge service.
The Location
Conveniently situated in Uptown, residents will be just steps from Dallas’ hottest shopping, dining, and entertainment. Easily one of the city’s most sought after places to live, there’s not a whole lot to complain about when it comes to where Ltd. Edition 2505 is located.
The Interior
Diego Burdi, the co-founder of the award-winning international interior design firm Burdifilek, is behind the magnificent interior design at Ltd. Edition, so expect finishes to have a modern, elegant feel that screams luxury. Both the common spaces and living spaces are exceptional, perfectly blending sophistication, style, and class.
