Several move-in ready options exist within the new construction community of Southern Hills. The master-planned community offers home designs from around 2,000 to 4,300 square feet in size, with both single and two-story homes available for new buyers to choose from.
Tucker Hill
Another master-planned, new community to look at is Tucker Hill. Buyers here are treated to a resort-style swimming pool and clubhouse, plus mature trees and plenty of green space. As well, expect to find some impressive new construction designs.
Grove at Craig Ranch
For new single-family homes near the park, fitness and golf, consider Grove at Craig Ranch. The community offers up some quick move-in ready homes, generally with three- to five-bedrooms and up to 3,300 square feet of living space.
Trinity Falls
Set right alongside Trinity River, the Trinity Falls community serves up miles of trails for recreation, parks and an amenity-rich lifestyle. Many of the homes in this area allow for three- to four-bedrooms and plenty of upgrades.
