Frisco is easily one of the more desirable places to call home in North Texas, and popular rankings website NerdWallet even named it the 4th best place to live in the country back in 2016. But during a hot market, finding and securing the right home isn’t always easy, especially if you’re budget is right there in that sweet spot between $300,000 and $400,000. But if you start your search in these top neighborhoods, you might actually have more luck than you may think…
Glen View
With some homes starting under $400,000, the Glen View community includes a number of single-family homes to choose from. Close to major roadways and to area schools, some homes include pond or greenbelt views.
Windsor Place
Built up mostly in the early 2000s, the Windsor Place community offers up a great deal of square footage, with some homes priced under $400,000. This allows for some four-bedroom floor plans, with around 3,000 square feet of living space.
Prairie View
The master-planned community of Prairie View, meanwhile, supplies new construction homes priced from the high $300,000s. With an amenity center and community swimming pool nearby, the homes come from a select number of builders.
Emory Park
You’ll find even more new construction homes in Emory Park. The patio homes are complimented by at least 2,600 square feet of living space, along with plenty of available green space and easy access to major roadways in the Frisco area.
